Returns Policy

Returns details

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of any full priced item for a refund or store credit subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed including tags, shoe boxes and sanitary labels. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that show any signs of marks, hairs, makeup stains, odours, or the scent of perfume. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused and returned to you.

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, head wear, beauty products, Final Sale and Sample items.

Should we identify unreasonable patterns of returns or purchase, or use of garments for the creation of content for personal or professional gains, we may restrict or refuse future orders.

Exchange details

Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or alternative item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for the original item.

Return shipping

Return shipping options are available to be chosen once you have completed your returns online.  

The recommendations below are options only and are not mandatory. If you choose to use your own shipping method, we recommend returning items through traceable mail and that customers ask for proof of postage. Please note that SABO cannot issue a refund and/or credit on items that are not received. 

The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to SABO. SABO will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. 

Return shipping is at the customers' expense and is non-refundable. 

United States: 

★ We recommend returning items via our $20USD return shipping method. For your convenience, the return shipping cost is deducted from your final refund once we have received and processed your return. Please note that by using this shipping method, parcels are first delivered to a returns facility in LA and then transferred to SABO. Return parcels can take up to six weeks to be received by SABO. 

Please allow between 2-5 business days for your return to be processed from the date that your return parcel is received by SABO. 

If you choose to use your own shipping method, once you have processed your returns online, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] to provide you with our return shipping address.   

Canada: 

★ Recommended via standard shipping at your local post office. 

Returns conditions & exceptions

Swimwear & Intimates

  • Customers must wear undergarments when trying on items.
  • If you wish to return an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place. The item will not be accepted if either of these have been removed, altered or if the item shows sign of wear.

Shoes

  • Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.
  • If you received a shoe box, this must also be returned in its original condition.

Earrings & Beauty

Due to hygiene, health and safety reasons, we do not accept change of mind return requests for earrings and beauty products.

Final Sale & Samples

Item/s marked as "Final Sale" and “Sample” cannot be returned. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Promotional Items

Full priced items purchased during a sale or using an applied or automatic discount code (eg. Black Friday/Boxing Day) can be returned for a Store Credit only.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash.

Bundles

All items purchased as a bundle must be returned to be eligible for a refund.

Zaco

ZACO items purchased at a discounted price can be returned for a store credit only.

Wrong or faulty item

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a wrong or faulty item. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] as soon as you receive your order with your order number and clear images of the fault so we can assist you promptly.

Please note that faults must be reported within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order. If a long period of time has passed after delivery before the issue is reported, we may be unable to process the claim.

All items will be assessed upon return and deemed faulty by SABO. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.

Timeline

Please allow between 2-5 business days for your return to be processed from the date that your return parcel is received by SABO. 

Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost and return handling costs) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. 

Once the return has been processed you will be notified via the email address that the order was placed with. Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal, AfterPay or Klarna account that the payment originally came from. If orders are paid for via a Gift Card / Store Credit voucher code, refunds will be issued via a new Gift Card / Store Credit voucher code.  

Changed payment details

If there is an issue with your original payment type you must notify our Customer Care Team prior to making your return at [email protected] to make your refund run smoothly.

SABO is not accountable for any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account once your refund has been processed.

Additional information

Please ensure that you carefully check the items you are returning. Any items sent to us that were not purchased from Sabo (including items from other brands or retailers) cannot be returned to you and will be disposed of.
