- We refund ALL full priced items that are returned in their original condition, excluding earrings, hats, hair bands and head wear.
- Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this timeframe may be denied.
- **Items purchased between 23rd November, 2020 and 31st December, 2020 can be returned up until 14th January, 2021 due to the holiday period
- Items must be returned in their original condition including tags, shoe boxes and sanitary labels to be eligible for either a refund or store credit
- Once SABO has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.
***SABO reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
- No restock fees.
- Please allow 2 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by SABO.
- Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed during holiday periods.
- You will be notified via the email address that the order was placed with once the transaction has been processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal or AfterPay account that the payment had originally come from.
***Please note if there may be an issue with your original payment type, you must notify our customer care team prior to making your return at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to organise alternative refund arrangements. Any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account due to SABO not being notified are completely out of our control and SABO will not be held accountable.

***We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as SABO cannot issue a refund on items that are not received. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

US + NZ RETURNS
If you are returning your items from the US or New Zealand, we recommend using the simple return shipping method below.
Your parcel will be delivered to a facility in the US (US returns) and in NZ (NZ returns) and these parcels are then transferred to our return shipping address in Australia. Please note, by using this shipping method, parcels can take up to eight weeks to be received at Sabo Skirt HQ.
This return shipping method will cost $14 USD which will be deducted from your final refund once we have received and processed your returns.
This return shipping method is a suggestion only and you may use any preferred method of your choice.
Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot process an exchange for you. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All Final Sale Items and Sample items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the item received is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly.
EARRINGS, HATS + HEADWEAR
Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, hats or headwear.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?
If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at info[at]saboskirt.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to SABO. SABO will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where SABO may have made an error.
