HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To start a return, simply follow the link below. Please make sure that your items meet our Returns Conditions below.

START RETURN

**Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

Full Priced Items: Can be returned for a full refund or store credit
Final Sale and Sample Items: Cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the item received is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly.
Earrings, Hats and Headwear: Cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons
Faulty/Damaged Items: Please email our Customer Care team.
Bundle Items: Please see below*

RETURNS CONDITIONS

    • We refund ALL full priced items that are returned in their original condition, excluding earrings, hats, hair bands and head wear.
    • Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of delivery from Sabo. Any items posted after this time frame may be denied.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition including tags, shoe boxes and sanitary labels to be eligible for either a refund or store credit
    • Once SABO has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.

US RETURN SHIPPING OPTION

 

We have 2 Return Shipping Options from the US.

  1. We recommend using a $14 USD return shipping method if you are returning items within the US, available at our Returns Portal here

Your parcel will be delivered to a facility in the US and these parcels are then transferred to our return shipping address in Australia. Please note, by using this shipping method, parcels can take up to six weeks to be received at Sabo Skirt HQ.

*This return shipping method will cost $14 USD which will be deducted from your final refund once we have received and processed your returns. 

This return shipping method is a suggestion only and you may use any preferred method of your choice.

BUNDLES

All items of a bundle must be returned together at the same time in order for a return to be approved and processed. We reserve the right to return-to-sender all partial items that are sent back for a refund.

    HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT DETAILS CHANGED?

    To make your refund run smoothly, if there may be an issue with your original payment type, you must notify our Customer Care team prior to making your return at info@saboskirt.com in order to organise alternative refund arrangements. Unfortunately, any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account once your refund has been processed is completely out of our control.

    EXCHANGES

    Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot process an exchange for you. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.

    RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?

    If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at info[at]saboskirt.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.

    EXTRA INFO

    Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to SABO. SABO will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

    Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where SABO may have made an error.

    ***We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as SABO cannot issue a refund on items that are not received. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

    ***SABO reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

      • No restock fees.
      • Please allow 2 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by SABO, and 5 business days during holiday periods
      • We will let you know once your refund has been processed via the email address that the order was placed with
      • Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal or AfterPay account that the payment had originally come from.
