SMS CONSENT

When you sign up or place an order with SABO, we collect your contact information, such as your mobile number, through our sign-up forms to help enhance your shopping experience. You can subscribe through a sign-up form on our website, at checkout, in your account settings, or in-store. Email consent is collected separately from SMS consent. Subscribing to one does not subscribe you to the other, and opting out of one does not opt you out of the other.

Frequency varies based on your activity and our campaign calendar.

Opting out
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of any marketing email, or by updating your preferences in your account. Please allow a short period for the change to take effect. Transactional messages relating to your orders, deliveries, and returns will continue regardless of your marketing preferences.

How to join
You can opt in by submitting your mobile number through a SABO sign-up form, at checkout, in your account settings, or in store. SMS consent is collected separately from email consent. Subscribing to one does not subscribe you to the other, and opting out of one does not opt you out of the other.

You must be 18 or over to subscribe. The mobile number you provide must be your own, and you agree to keep it current.

Consent
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from SABO at the number provided, sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and participation is voluntary. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, please update your details or opt out.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply. SABO does not charge for these messages. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.

Opting out
You can unsubscribe at any time. Reply STOP to any message, use the unsubscribe link included in messages where available, or update your preferences in your account. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further marketing texts will be sent.

Changes
SABO may modify or discontinue the SMS program, or these terms, at any time. Continued participation after any change constitutes acceptance of it.

Privacy
Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data is not shared or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

DATA COLLECTION AND USE

Listed prices on SABO SKIRT are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, in the unlikely event of an incorrectly priced item, SABO SKIRT has the right to correct and/or change the price of the item.

After placing an order, you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not comprise a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorise a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by SABO SKIRT. In addition, SABO SKIRT reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders. If a cancelled purchase has already been charged to the customer’s credit card, SABO SKIRT will issue a credit to the account in the same amount within 7 business days. SABO SKIRT reserves the right to modify the information on this site and the services and products described therein anytime without notice.

SABO SKIRT may run competitions, prize draws and promotions on the SABO SKIRT site and blog. These will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be made known to you at the time.
